All of Photo Mugged orders are handled individually by a trained operator. Your image will be resized to fit on your selected mug in order to create the best possible product for you. If you have any special request with regards to the size or placement of your image, please enter the details in the "special request" field when ordering your mug and we will try our best to accommodate them.

Image Sizes
If you want to create an image to fit exactly on a mug our sizes are:
Standard , Full Standard  Wrap is 20cm by 8cm, Front & Back is 8cm by 8cm.

Resolution
We recommend that your image has a resolution of 300dpi, or is taken using at least a 5 mega pixel camera at high quality, to ensure the best quality product.

Supported File Types
Image files should be uploaded in a jpg, gif or png format.

File Size
We request that you do not upload image files which are over 6MB in size.
