How do you print/create your mugs?
All our mugs are created using the dye sublimation
process. This process uses heat to print a high quality
image on the mug, ensuring that all our mugs have a high
quality finish.
Can I put the mug in the dishwasher?
All our mugs, apart from the Magic heat sensitive mug,
are dishwasher safe. Due to its heat sensitive nature
the magic mug is not recommended for use in a
dishwasher.
What type of file can my image be uploaded as?
Image files should be uploaded in a jpg, gif or png
format.
What quality should my image be?
We recommend that your image has a resolution of 300dpi
to ensure the best quality product.
What size does my image need to
be?
Your image will be resized to fit on your selected mug.
However, if you want to create an image to fit exactly
on a mug our sizes are:
Standard - Full Wrap is 20cm by 8cm, Front & Back is 8cm
by 8cm.
Can I make a bulk order?
Yes, you can order multiple copies of a mug before you
add it to your shopping cart. If you require more than
10 mugs please contact us to arrange a bulk order
discount.
Can I buy customised designs for business or bulk order?
We can undertake customised designs for your business or
group, and provide corporate branded products. For more

What payment methods do you
accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, which all
payment processing secured by
Sage
Pay.
When will I receive my mug?
We aim to create and dispatch your mug within 1 working
day of receipt of your order. All mugs come with
recorded second class delivery, with delivery estimated
at 3-5 working days after your order. Your delivery can
be upgrade to recorded first class for 30p. Deliveries
sent via first class are estimated at 1-4 working day
delivery. For a guaranteed delivery service please use
our next day delivery option (more details are available
on our delivery information page). Please note that our
recorded first and second class delivery service will be
used by Royal Mail post and all delivery timescales are
estimates. We will not investigate any order that has
not arrived until 21 working days after posting.
